Good News"
The Life of Christ Throught the Eyes
of John
Every day millions of families check television, newspapers,
magazines, e-mails, and websites for information relative
to daily living. Much of the information or news is
sad, shocking, and often not as good as any of us would
like it. Oh how the world longs for some “Good
News”. Look no further . . . The gospel musical
“The Good News” will present in song, dance,
and spoken word the news that Jesus our Lord and Savior
came to save the world!
This play dramatically represents the Gospel of John
in the Holy Bible; where forty of the best and brightest
young performers in Atlanta proclaim to the world “The
Good News”. This production is the vision of Minister
Lawrence Moore founder and executive director of Hallowed
Ground Christian Retreat. In his debut as a playwright,
director, and songwriter, he has coordinated a group
of volunteer actors, poets, songwriters, and choreographers
to guide these young performers to excellence.
